Delivery Information
If your order is placed before 12.00pm, we aim to despatch the same day (providing the item is in stock).

Please allow 7 days for delivery within the UK - although we aim to have your goods with you quicker. We also offer an express 48 hour delivery service for an additional £3.00 charge - you can select this option in the checkout. (Unfortunately our 48 hour service is not available to the Channel Islands.)

If anything is out of stock, we'll let you know when we are expecting to receive the items on the Shopping Bag page (so you still have a chance to amend the order).

We will despatch the items that are in stock immediately, and the remainder the moment they are available. When items ordered are part of a set / suit then we will despatch only when all items are available. (If the delivery we were expecting is further delayed, we'll let you know straight away.)

Payment will only be taken when the goods are despatched.

A free returns label will be included in your parcel should you need to return anything to us for an exchange or refund, except during sale periods.

Order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that should any item fail to meet your expectations, the Poetry 'no quibble' guarantee allows you to return any goods for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Post and packing charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.

How to Order
There are three simple ways to use Poetry online…
-If you know exactly what you'd like to order, use our Fast Order page.
-Alternatively, use the search box to find a specific product (by entering the product code), or a type of product (by entering a characteristic, such as 'Cashmere' or 'Skirt').
-Or if you'd just like to have a look around until something catches your eye, select a category from the left-hand menu and browse away!

To add an item to your shopping bag, click on the colour chip that corresponds to the correct size, colour and, where applicable, length. (An 'x' instead of a colour chip means that the size/colour is unfortunately not available.)

When you've finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner, then follow the instructions through the checkout process.
